Rewa Soft recently completed project Istedafah, Home away from Home web-application from Oman. This is a custom built web-application we created from scratch. It took multiple rounds of meetings for Requirement analysis and finalization. After requirement analysis, the first phase of the project execution began with tasks planning and tasks division (Sprint Planning) and documentation. Till this phase, the project was in intangible state, we conducted meetings almost every week for clarity and precision.  Then we presented the wireframe design which was finalized after a few adjustments, it was followed by the prototype design. Our client was very happy to see the Prototype Design of the project. We had provisioned Demonstration Meeting on completion of each sprint. During the development, we were requested by multiple changes as the client had to adjust with the changing scenarios, our meetings and clear documentation really helped to address the change requests along with the regular development process. It was a wonderful experience to work on this project. We wish all the best to the project Istedafah.
